Ramzan Kya Hai?

Ramzan ek wahid esa mahina hai jisme shaitan ko qaid kar liya jata hai. Ramzan ke mahine ki kai fazilat hai. Islam me 5 faraiz hain, jinme se Ramzan ka roza bhi aata hai. Ramzan ka roza har musalman par farz hai. Ramzan ka mahina bohot barkat wala mahina hai.

Ramzan Ki Ahmiyat

Ramzan ki barkato se mahrum rehne wala bednasib hai. Isse ye pata chalta hai ke Ramzan ka roza kitna zaroori aur kitna barkaton wala hai. Hamein yeh yaqeenan hona chahiye ke hum kabhi bhi Ramzan ke roze ka tark na karein aur poore roze rakhein. Kyun ke Ramzan ke roze sabhi musalmanon par farz hain.

Roza Rakhne Ka Tareeqa

Roza rakhne ka sahi tareeqa ye hai ke hamein subha Fajr se pehle uth kar sehri karni chahiye, phir roza rakhne ki niyyat dil se karni chahiye. Agar sehri chhut jaye toh koi haraj nahi, hum bina sehri ke bhi roza rakh sakte hain kyunki sehri karna sunnat hai, farz nahi. Jab bhi aankh khule toh dil mein niyyat kar leni chahiye.

Roza Kholne Ka Tareeqa

Roza kholne ka tareeqa ye hai ke jese hi Maghrib ki azan sunai de, hamein turant roza khol lena chahiye aur Allah ka naam lekar, yani ‘Bismillah’ padh kar roza khol lena chahiye.

Ramzan Ke Roze Ki Fazilat

Ramzan ke roze ke kai fazilat hain, maslan: Ramzan ke mahine mein Jahannam ke sare darwaze band kar diye jate hain aur Jannat ke sare darwaze khol diye jate hain. Ramzan ke mahine mein shaitaan ko qaid kar liya jata hai. Is mahine mein ek raat aati hai jo hazar mahino se afzal hai, jise hum Lailatul Qadr ke naam se jaante hain. Lailatul Qadr 21, 23, 25, 27, ya 29 ki raaton mein aati hai. Roza rakhne se ham apne badan ka zakat dete hain. Allah Ta’ala ne rozedaron ke liye Jannat ke aathon darwazon mein se ek behtareen darwaza rakha hai, jisme sirf rozedar hi dakhil honge, us darwaze ka naam ‘Rayyan’ hai. Is mahine mein hum garibon ke liye fitra nikalte hain. Ek baat Quran aur Hadith se sabit hoti hai ke agar logon ko Ramzan ki fazilat ke bare mein pata chal jaye, toh log yeh chahenge ke poore saal Ramzan ka mahina rahe. Dini taluq ke sath-sath, dunyavi taluq mein bhi rozon ke kai behtareen faide hain.

Roza Rakhne Ke Scientific Faide

Roza rakhne se metabolism improve hota hai jo body mein fat burning process ko tez karta hai, yani motapa kam hota hai. Roza rakhne se insulin sensitivity improve hoti hai. Roza rakhne se body mein inflammation levels kam hoti hain kyunki body detoxify hoti hai aur energy levels enhance hote hain.

Ramzan Ke Mahine Mein Kya Kya Karna Chahiye

Ramzan ke mahine mein agar koi shakhs neki karta hai toh usko dugna ajar milta hai, kyunki Ramzan ke mahine mein har neki ka ajar badha diya jata hai. Hamein Tarawih padhni chahiye, Quran ki kasrat se tilawat karni chahiye, Tahajjud ki namaz padhni chahiye, zakat aur sadaqah deni chahiye, aur jitna ho sake tasbih ka zikr karna chahiye.

Ramzan Ke Mahine Mein Kya Kya Nahi Karna Chahiye

Is mahine mein hamein ladai-jhagra nahi karna chahiye, chugli aur gali-galoj se bacha jaye. Roze ki haalat mein mard aur biwi ke darmiyan jismi taluq ko roka gaya hai.

Tarawih Ki Namaz Ka Tareeqa

Taraweeh Ki Namaz Ramzan ke mahine mein padhni chahiye, jo Isha ki namaz ke baad ada hoti hai. Lekin Isha ki namaz mein 3 rakat witr Taraweeh Ki Namaz ke baad padhna masnoon hai. Taraweeh Ki Namaz 2-2 rakat kar ke padhni chahiye. Hamein is namaz ko is tarah se padhna chahiye taake hamein poora ajar mil sake, kyunki Taraweeh Ki Namaz ke bohot fazail hain, aur isse hamaare pichle gunah maaf ho jate hain.

Ramzan ka mahina Musalmanon ke liye bohot barkat wala hota hai. Is mahine mein Roza rakhna, Tarawih padhna, aur Quran ki tilawat karna behtareen nekiyan hain.
